4. Refunds & Returns

All sales of The GCD Reports are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds. 6. Limitations of Liability

(b) Where liability cannot be legally excluded, the liability of MAFP, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the purchase of The GCD Reports.
